At Wilco Offroad, we want you to feel as confident in your apparel as you do on the trail. If your gear doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare Your Package
Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging or a secure shipping mailer.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
